Tip "Thief" Xavier. Youngest of the Xavier siblings. Unlike his siblings however he has taken to a life of crime. He is often believed and sought after as one of the most powerful mutants of his generation. Usually he is not very keen on improving his fighting abilities preferring monetary gain. When assigned as a MM agent he is usually partnered with Boom and Jacky whom are viewed as brothers.
